While browsing through random documents on my laptop tonight, I came across the picture on the left. That was back in mid-2010, and that’s not even me at my heaviest weight. I decided to put it next to a picture of me taken 2 weeks ago, just to compare the difference.
I honestly feel like I’m looking at two completely different people.
It’s not even the slimmer face, the healthier hair or the fat loss. Do you see how genuine and carefree my smile in the second picture is? I really look so much happier, and to be honest with you - I am. I’ve never been happier in my life, and all because I started seeing myself as a valuable asset I should invest in.
Taking that difficult, yet deciding, first step? Definitely the best thing I could have ever done. I’m just so, so happy.
